The rates are not seasonallg adjusted. Mortgage delinquency rates normally drop in the firsy quarter of the year after peakingat year-encd due to a variety of seasonal factors. The delinquency rate for prims adjustable rate mortgage loans decreased 75 basisw pointsto 8.49 percent and the rate for prime fixed rate mortgage loans decreased 32 basis points to 3.07 percent.
The delinquencyg rate for the subprimde ARM loans decreased 156 basix pointsto 25.25 percent, while the rate for subprimer fixed rate loans decreasee 136 basis points to 20.47 percent.
